Finishing up one of these...I'm impressed. It's really quite good...smooth but with a lot of mellow flavor. Not bitter, not seething with expresso or chocolate or whatever...just well balanced.

I'm not a fan of the Kona brewing company. I can say the only one of their brews I actually enjoy are the Longboard Lagers. They over do the fruitiness and infusions with the flavored beers to the point of destroying the drinkability in the process.
I'm going with Good Ol' Sierra Nevada pale tonight. I really do love living right down the street from them as pints of pale are cheaper than pints of bud.

Cannot go wrong with Sierra Nevada, their Flipside Red IPA was a great treat.
Tonight's affair for me was New Glarus Spotted Cow, Dogfish Head Punkin Ale, and a brand new Two Brothers Tangent sour ale.

Flipside is pretty good. If you get a chance try the Ovila double. It is simply fantastic.
